I founded BlindAge in 2020 as a branding studio. For six years, I directed brand strategy, creative process, and client relationships while working with designers, developers, and collaborators across Africa, Europe, and the US.
We built identities for public figures, fashion leaders, institutions, and entrepreneurs.
In 2024, we completed our final client projects and launched a brand refresh. We decided to close the client service business and transition BlindAge into a platform run by a wider creative community, including past team members.
The reason: we wanted the brand to exist beyond commercial work. I led the refresh as Creative Director and Founder. I was both maker and client. The project ran in four sprints: core identity alignment, visual system redesign, documentation, and rollout.
I assembled the internal team across strategy, design, production, and motion. I managed timelines, reviewed deliverables, and made approval decisions daily. This ran alongside our final client commitments.
The identity system was built for longevity. Everything was tested across digital, print, video, social, stationery, and environmental applications.
